What It Is

Loosely structured, deliberately

We'll send a short questionnaire beforehand so we're not starting from scratch on the day, but the session itself flexes around whatever comes up. That's part of the point.

A short written report afterwards

A few days later, you get a clear, honest summary: what's working, what isn't, and a sensible next step. Not a forty-page roadmap — just enough to act on.

One session, about three hours

We spend the time on whatever's most useful to you: usually a mix of honest conversation about where AI fits (or doesn't) in your business, and hands-on work building or testing something specific. A pricing calculator. A quoting workflow. A first pass at a policy. Whatever's actually in front of you.

Who It's For

AI Basecamp works best with smaller teams (around three to ten people) who can all be in the room for the session. The format depends on people actually taking part, not two directors sitting through it and reporting back to everyone else afterwards.

If you've got something specific rattling around, it's built for that:

  • "I think there's a quicker way to do this."
  • "I wonder if we could make a tool for this."
  • "I'm not sure whether to switch on Gemini for everyone."
  • "Everyone's using ChatGPT but nobody's talking about it."

If your team is larger, or you need something more thorough, we have other offerings — the AI Opportunity Assessment is a good place to start. And if you're a solopreneur or running a micro business, Ridgeline is built for you.

The Investment

£500. That's it. Covers the session and the report, on-site, no day-rate arithmetic, no surprise invoice.
